Is the hair real human hair?
Most of our wigs are made with 100% human hair, and each product page lists the exact hair type for that style. We always tell you exactly what you're getting — just check the "Wig Details" on any product.

What do the lace types mean (13x4, 4x4, HD, transparent)?
The numbers describe how much lace you have to part and style — a larger lace area gives more styling freedom. "HD" and "transparent" lace are made to melt into a range of skin tones for a natural, undetectable hairline. Each product page tells you which lace that wig has.

Are these beginner-friendly? I've never installed a wig.
Yes! Many of our wigs are glueless with adjustable straps and combs, so you can wear them with no glue and no professional install. Look for "glueless" or "beginner-friendly" in the product details.

Can I dye or heat-style the hair?
Human hair wigs can typically be dyed and heat-styled — each product page notes whether a style is heat- and dye-friendly. We recommend a professional for coloring to protect the hair.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is free on all orders over $100. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and you'll get tracking once your order ships.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.

What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags attached — wigs that have been worn, washed, cut, colored, or installed can't be returned.
